It&#8217;ll reduce the use of code in many cases. It will automate business processes and manual data entry.<\/p>\n<p>The automation saves your user&#8217;s time and make sure the required tasks are being done and also improves the quality of your data. There are four types of flows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Autolaunched flow:<\/strong> Automate repetitive tasks<\/li>\n<li><strong>Screen Flow:<\/strong> Collect information from users through screens<\/li>\n<li><strong>User Provisioning Flow:<\/strong> Create a user account and link it to a third-party service or app<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contact Request flow:<\/strong> Create self-service forms to collect contact details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Also Read: <a href=\"https:\/\/multisitelocal.ezxdemo.com\/blog\/relate-contact-multiple-accounts.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">How To Relate a Contact To Multiple Accounts In Salesforce<\/a><\/h4>\n<p>To create the flow, follow these steps:<br \/>\nGo to Setup -&gt; Quick Find Box -&gt; Search for \u201cFlows\u201d -&gt; Click on Flows -&gt; Then Click New Flow<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2855 size-full\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/05\/1-2.png\" alt=\"Salesforce Flows\" width=\"1366\" height=\"348\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It will open below screen.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2856 size-full\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/05\/2-2.png\" alt=\"Salesforce Flows Creation\" width=\"1197\" height=\"440\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You can create any of the four flows. Here I am creating Autolaunched Flow which will send an email to the selected users when a lead is created.
