<\/span>Enabling the feature<\/span><\/h3>\n\n- Go to Setup > Customize > Cases<\/strong> \/ Search for Email-to-Case<\/strong> in quick find box.<\/li>\n
- Click on Email-to-Case and edit to enable the feature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
