It links your mailbox to Salesforce, which enhances the efficiency and SLA of an email. You can have cases created as soon as you receive the email and you can work on the case resolving the requirements of the client and reply to the email without leaving the platform. Let us see, how we can achieve all this.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Prerequisite\"><\/span>Prerequisite<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Configure the mailbox in Organization-wide Addresses.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Enabling_the_feature\"><\/span>Enabling the feature<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"benefits-points\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Setup &gt; Customize &gt; Cases<\/strong> \/ Search for <strong>Email-to-Case<\/strong> in quick find box.<\/li>\n<li>Click on Email-to-Case and edit to enable the feature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-9144 aligncenter\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/05\/image1.png\" alt=\"Email-to-Case settings\" width=\"1118\" height=\"320\" \/><\/p>\n<ul class=\"benefits-points\">\n<li>Select the options that you require and click save. We are demonstrating it on gmail mailbox. You will be observing, there is a case with the confirmation code.
